MetaOmGraph is software designed to rapidly plot and analyze very large data sets. MOG is free to academic researchers. We will be using a data-set derived from 1000 Affymetrix Arabidopsis microarray chips from public databases.
BRING A LAPTOP already loaded with:
1. Java (version 5 or later)
2. Affy.ath1.data1 dataset
Please arrive at 2:30 if you'd like help downloading/installing these items.
