MetaOmGraph is software designed to rapidly plot and analyze very large data sets. MOG is free to academic researchers. We will be using a data-set derived from 1000 Affymetrix Arabidopsis microarray chips from public databases for the workshop. We will also use a metabolomics dataset. This workshop is designed for faculty, postdocs, and graduate students who are at least a year into their program.
BRING A LAPTOP already downloaded with:
1. Java (version 5 or later)
2. MetaOmGraph software
3. MetaOmGraph Affy.ath1.data1 dataset (keep it in the same folder as the software)
MetaOmGraph and the Affy.ath1.data1 dataset can be downloaded from:
http://metnetdb.org/MetNet_MetaOmGraph.htm
If you have your own large datasets of microarray, metabolomics, or data, BRING IT and we will help you format it for analysis.
