Cytoscape is an open-source program for visualizing and analyzing biological networks. The MetNet/Cytoscape plugins dynamically display complex metabolic and regulatory networks from MetNetDB. The resulting sub-networks can be identified and interpreted using simple fuzzy cognitive maps. Data from high-throughput experiments (transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics) can be displayed and modeled in the context of the network graphs.
BRING A LAPTOP already loaded with:
1. Cytoscape (available from the Cytoscape homepage)
2. All MetNet/Cytoscape plugins (available at the MetNet/Cytoscape Plugin page)
