Opening a Project
To open a saved project (either one that you've saved yourself, or one you downloaded off the Internet), simply choose File->Open Project... and browse to the saved project. Recently opened/saved projects appear in the Recent Projects menu.
There is one catch, though: the data file originally used to create the project must be available. When opening a project, MetaOmGraph will first check the original location of the data file. If it's not found there, it will check the project's directory. If the data file still isn't found, you will be prompted to locate it. Projects cannot be opened without their associated data file. To allow someone else to work with one of your projects, you must give them the data file as well as the project file! Metadata and row/column names, however, are saved with the project, so these files do not need to be distributed.
