Custom Sort

Custom Sort dialog

The custom sort feature can be used to arrange the x-axis in any desired order. When the custom sort dialog opens, the table will display the columns in the order they currently appear in the plot. To rearrange the columns, simply highlight the rows you wish to move in the table (either by clicking and dragging, or by clicking the first row, holding shift, and clicking the last row), then drag the highlighted rows to the position you want. To scroll the table while dragging, hold the mouse cursor at the top or bottom of the table.

The controls on the sort dialog are:

Save
Save button 		Saves the current sort. Saved sorts will appear in the sort list, as well as on the custom sort menu for easy access. Saved sorts will be saved with the project, so they'll be available on any future plot.
Load
Load button 		Loads the sort selected in the saved sort list.
Delete
Delete button 		Deletes the sort selected in the saved sort list.
Mark button Applies a marker to the highlighted columns. The label, color, and "style" (horizontal or vertical) can be specified.
Reset button Resets the columns to their original order.

Markers Tab

Markers tab

The markers tab is used to modify any existing markers in the current sort. The features of this tab are:

Label Displays the label that will appear on the marker. This field can be edited by double-clicking it.
Style Displays the "style" of the marker (either horizontal or vertical). This field can be edited by clicking it, then choosing the desired option from the drop-down menu.
Color Displays the color of the marker. The color can be changed by clicking it.
Start Displays the first column included in this marker. This field cannot be changed.
End Displays the last column included in this marker. This field cannot be changed.
Remove button Deletes the selected markers.
